Who Are We?
Urban League of Louisiana Parent Information Center (ULPIC) equips and empowers parents to be successful agents and advocates for excellent public schools and educates parents about school choices. To assist parents in navigating the selection process, ULPIC extracted valuable information from two of their publications, the New Orleans Guide to Early Childhood Education and the New Orleans Guide to High School and Beyond… and developed this online application and website.

The site provides useful information as to how to assess the early childhood center and high school selection process. It provides insight on high school and center types, key indicators and factors to consider, choosing, applying, funding.
